Inspired by the traditional medallions, badges, shields, and crests of football clubs, I developed this look to elevate CNN International’s coverage of the Europa League and Champions League. There are three packages—“Europa Extra,” “Champions Extra,” and “Final Inglesa”—each using the same, high-energy footage and resolving with a medallion and custom typography.
